Besides, the line supports both soft aluminum and 0.16-0.28mm tinplate materials, compatible with common cap sizes from 15mm to 38mm, we also add real-time thermal compensation system and automatic micro oil spraying device to solve dimension deviation caused by long-time machine operation, which helps clients cut metal waste by around 2.7%.

Most old production lines need more than 40 minutes to switch product specifications, while our line only needs 12-18 minutes with one-click parameter adjustment.

We never say our machines never break down, but with durable core components and 24-hour online remote support, most of our clients only need simple daily maintenance, and their annual equipment downtime can be reduced by nearly 20%.
