Today we'd like to share the actual running information of our fully automatic aluminum cap production line, straight from our Yantai factory workshop.
After years of communicating with global cap manufacturers, we notice most buyers struggle with two common troubles: many cap machines look great on parameters, but run unstably in long-term mass production; besides, excessive aluminum material waste always raises their overall production cost. That's why we upgraded our full-automatic cap line targeting these real industry pain points, instead of only upgrading nominal running speed.

This integrated line finishes whole aluminum cap forming automatically with little manual work needed, in actual workshop operation, it can run smoothly at 180-200 caps per minute. Unlike machines with unstable speed fluctuation, our line maintains consistent running performance even during 16+ hours of continuous daily work. With our built-in visual positioning calibration system, the forming error stays within 0.1mm, and the actual product qualification rate stably hits around 99.2% in daily bulk production.
We also optimized the internal stamping and threading process based on real production feedback, this improvement greatly cuts down raw material waste, and effectively reduces common finished product flaws like edge burrs, uneven threads and later leakage risks. The whole production process keeps neat and low-pollution, complying with universal hygiene requirements for beverage, food and cosmetic packaging caps.

We never overhype our equipment performance, from our practical manufacturing experience, stable long-term operation matters far more than extreme peak speed for cap factories. Moreover, this line supports flexible adjustment for both aluminum and tinplate screw caps and tamper-evident caps with different sizes.
