Yantai Kunpeng Packaging Equipment Co., Ltd. is a privately held professional manufacturer specializing in metal deep-drawing molds and supporting production equipment for aluminum & metal cap processing. Founded in 2016 and based in Yantai, a scenic coastal city in Shandong Province, China, our core technical team brings over 10 years of in-depth industry experience, establishing us as a trusted end-to-end solution provider for global packaging manufacturers.

Our core product portfolio includes deep-drawing molds for wine bottle caps, cap forming molds, and a full range of custom metal drawing, forming, bulging, and special-shaped molds. Beyond mold solutions, we provide full-process technical solutions for bottle cap manufacturing, including knurling, threading, cutting, embossing, crimping, edge rolling, sealing, printing, and logo stamping processes. Our products and solutions are widely applied to the production of bottle caps for food, beverage, alcohol, cosmetics, and chemical industries, as well as processing equipment for aluminum cans and related metal packaging.

- To meet diverse customer needs, we specialize in customizing manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic production lines tailored to specific production scales, product specifications and process requirements. We have established a dedicated after-sales maintenance department with a 24/7 rapid-response mechanism, ensuring timely and effective technical support and troubleshooting for customers worldwide. We also maintain long-term strategic partnerships with well-known domestic manufacturers of stamping machines and CNC feeders, enabling us to provide a complete one-stop procurement solution from raw metal sheets to finished cap production.
