From years of serving pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging clients, we've found a easily overlooked problem in dust-free production workshops. Most thread processing equipment relies on traditional lubrication maintenance, which is often taken for granted by many factories, yet it brings hidden hygiene risks to high-standard cleanrooms.
In ISO 7 and ISO 8 grade dust-free workshops that produce threaded aluminum caps and anti-theft caps, conventional lubricants will produce tiny oil aerosols when machines run at 12,000+ rotations per hour. These fine particles do not settle quickly. They float in the air for a long time, slowly raising indoor particle content and even affecting the cleanliness of finished packaging parts. Many clients encounter occasional workshop standard failures, without realizing unstable equipment maintenance is the main cause.

Based on our on-site debugging and after-sales experience, we've developed a practical low-dust maintenance solution for our packaging processing machines. We use food-grade low-volatility lubricants customized for high-speed processing equipment. Different from common industrial oil, it produces far fewer suspended particles during continuous operation.
In actual workshop application, this maintenance method can keep cleanroom floating particles stably below 100CFU/m³. It needs no extra downtime for maintenance and adapts well to the continuous production rhythm of cap processing factories, helping clients avoid unnecessary hygiene inspection risks in daily production.
