Unlike ordinary equipment with large speed fluctuation, its variable frequency control system keeps the error rate of single mold stamping within ±0.1s, ensuring consistent forming speed even when switching between different thicknesses of aluminum sheet raw materials (0.2-0.4mm), balancing high efficiency and production stability.

In anti-leakage performance optimization, we have upgraded the double-layer sealing forming structure. Through precise pressure control of 0.6-0.8MPa during the lid sealing forming process, the sealing ring fitting degree of finished easy open ends reaches over 99%, and the leakage rate in simulated transportation vibration and constant temperature storage tests is controlled below 0.2%. According to feedback from European and American food canning customers who have put it into use for more than 6 months, this technical optimization effectively reduces the defective rate of sealing problems in actual production.
