After years of serving overseas packaging manufacturers, we've noticed a common practical problem in the industry. Most general cap machinery can only adapt to a single type of packaging container, leaving many factories unable to flexibly switch between glass and plastic bottle production for different orders.

Based on this real market demand, we at Yantai Kunpeng focus on upgrading and customizing aluminum and tinplate threaded and tamper-evident cap production lines. Unlike rigid standard machines on the market, our equipment is adjusted case by case, according to each client's actual workshop space, daily production volume and product ranges.
Caps made on our lines work well for both traditional glass containers and common PET plastic bottles, covering food, beverage and cosmetic packaging scenarios. From our accumulated field test data, metal caps offer roughly 40% better sealing performance than regular plastic caps, this subtle but effective improvement cuts down product oxidation and leakage issues during long-distance shipping and shelf storage.
Metal materials also allow more flexible surface processing, custom logos, matte and glossy finishes are all achievable, helping finished products stand out on retail shelves better than ordinary plastic closures.

We adopted a practical quick-change mold structure in our machine design. On average, workers can finish specification switching in about 30 minutes, which helps factories handle mixed-batch orders without long downtime.
As an original factory, we do not follow fixed equipment configurations, we keep after-sales support practical too, with parameter calibration and partial equipment upgrades after installation. Many of our overseas clients have mentioned that this flexible upgrade method lets them avoid frequent large-scale equipment replacement, saving unnecessary production investment for 3 to 4 years on average.
