After years working on custom cap production equipment, we totally understand buyers' biggest concern. Customized lines vary for every project, so consistent, reliable quality is always the top priority for long-term production.

Quality control for our lines starts long before assembly begins, we discuss every detail with clients in the design stage, whether for cosmetic fine caps or food-grade sealing caps, we use 3D modeling and pre-simulation to fix potential structural flaws early, avoiding minor defects that might affect finished products later.
We strictly screen all raw materials and core parts, rejecting any components that fail our factory inspection standards. During machine assembly and trial running, we combine automatic sensor detection and manual checks, our staff inspects dimensions and surface details repeatedly, picking up tiny deviations as small as 0.1mm.

For trial-produced caps, we run practical performance tests. We adjust opening and closing torque to a balanced range, not too tight or loose for daily use, we also do water immersion leak tests and simulated aging tests under high temperature and humid conditions, to check durability for long-term storage.
After finishing all tests, we deliver complete quality reports to clients, we also provide on-site debugging and worker training. In our experience, steady pre-production testing and standardized after-sales support are the simplest, most effective ways to keep custom cap line quality stable in mass production.
