Anti-theft cap production lines operate on highly automated processes, thus requiring strict control over material strength, elongation, and dimensional tolerances; otherwise, cracking or creases may occur during processing. To ensure easy printing after cap formation, the cap sheet must be flat, free of rolling marks, scratches, and stains. Commonly used alloy tempers include 8011-H14 and 3003-H16, with typical thicknesses ranging from 0.20mm to 0.23mm and widths from 449mm to 796mm. Aluminum bottle cap materials can be produced using either hot-rolled or continuously cast and rolled blanks, followed by cold rolling. Currently, most anti-theft cap manufacturers in my country use continuously cast and rolled blanks, which are superior to cast and rolled blanks.

my country's anti-theft bottle cap market is projected to grow at a rate of 10% annually, with an estimated demand of 15 billion anti-theft bottle caps and 53,500 to 60,000 tons of aluminum sheet and strip in 2010, indicating rapid growth. The demand for aluminum bottle caps is increasing rapidly. Currently, the majority of packaging for Chinese liquor, wine, medicinal wine, and beverages still uses glass bottles, while the bottle caps are often made of aluminum. There are currently tens of thousands of liquor production plants in my country.
