High-gloss mirror aluminum caps are widely used in premium cosmetic and liquor packaging, with surface flatness and gloss uniformity being core quality standards. Unlike ordinary matte caps, mirror finished products are extremely sensitive to tiny impurities during the rolling forming process.

In our years of after-sales and production tracking, we found a common overlooked issue. Even micron-level oil film residues, fine oxide particles or worn roller micro-traces can leave regular subtle textures on cap thread surfaces. These faint marks are invisible to naked eyes initially, yet they will cause uneven light reflection, ruining the integral mirror gloss. Statistics show such roller residue issues account for about 4%-9% of high-end mirror cap surface rejections in conventional production lines.

Most factory failures stem from irregular roller maintenance. Many devices only adopt simple manual wiping before production, which cannot thoroughly remove micro-stains accumulated from long-term operation.
Based on actual processing characteristics of mirror aluminum caps, our equipment is equipped with built-in automatic roller cleaning and fine mirror polishing structures. This pre-production processing design removes nearly all micro-impurities on the roller molding surface. It helps factories stabilize batch gloss consistency for mirror caps and effectively reduce surface defect rates in high-brightness cap production.
