At Yantai Kunpeng Packaging Equipment Co., Ltd., as a professional manufacturer focused on processing equipment for threaded aluminum caps, tamper-evident caps and metal boxes, we understand that excessive noise during production has long been a common pain point for many factories. Traditional aluminum cap production lines often generate noise levels above 85dB during operation, which not only affects the working environment but also brings potential risks to the physical health and operating safety of on-site workers. The main noise sources mainly come from three aspects: strong impact force generated during stamping processes, friction and vibration from gear transmission systems, and high-speed vibration of supporting fans.

To effectively solve this problem, our R&D and production team has carried out targeted structural optimization and noise reduction upgrades for the whole aluminum cap production line. We install high-performance shock-absorbing pads at the key contact parts between the equipment and the ground to weaken the transmission of vibration noise. The gearboxes are equipped with special silent grease to reduce meshing friction and abnormal sound. We also equip each fan with a custom-built silencer to weaken airflow vibration. In addition, we optimize the stamping rhythm and frequency to reduce continuous impact noise at the source.

After a series of improvements, the operating noise of our complete aluminum cap production line can be stably controlled at 75dB or lower. This level not only creates a more comfortable working environment for operators, but also fully meets the relevant requirements of EU CE safety standards.
