Aluminum tamper-evident caps are common packaging accessories widely used in the wine, beverage, and condiment industries. Their unique anti-counterfeiting features and sealing performance are favored by businesses, especially in wine packaging, where their special structural design ensures product safety during transport.

In the manufacturing process, the selection of raw materials directly affects the quality of the finished product. High-quality aluminum must possess good ductility and corrosion resistance, and be stamped into standard-sized caps using precision molds. During the forming process, mold precision control must reach an extremely high level to ensure that the threaded structure of each aluminum tamper-evident cap perfectly matches the bottle neck.

The anti-counterfeiting structure of aluminum tamper-evident caps primarily relies on the inner pad design and pressing technology. The inner pad, made of food-grade elastic material, deforms during high-temperature sealing, creating an irreversible seal.

Modern aluminum tamper-evident cap production lines are generally equipped with visual inspection systems. These systems can monitor cap dimensional deviations, surface scratches, and other issues in real time. It is worth noting that some high-end aluminum tamper-evident caps also incorporate a secondary sealing process to further enhance sealing reliability.
