Detailed Introduction

Effervescent tablets are extremely moisture-absorbent and will react and fail when in contact with trace moisture. This production line is specially designed to produce threaded caps with extreme moisture-proof performance. It adopts a double sealing structure (such as thread sealing + inner plug) or integrates a desiccant compartment to ensure an ultra-low humidity environment inside the packaging. The cap body itself also needs to use low moisture permeability materials. The production line operates in an ultra-low humidity environment or is equipped with an on-line dehumidification function. The bottle cap is usually equipped with prominent safety prompts and a child safety lock to ensure safe use.
